Voucher to retake certification exam

Hello Team,

I have given CIS-HR implementation exam and did not pass. I want to retake the exam. Now I had applied Company sponsored voucher for exam. So , in order to retake can I use the same voucher or how to get a new voucher.

Please advice as I need this information on priority.

Also, if any one can suggest the passing percentage for this certification exam.

the retake amount would be 100$+taxes. you need new voucher (you can buy with learning credits or credit card) to retake CIS- HR from webassessor.

there is no specific pass percentage for ServiceNow exams. but I beleive it would be between 70-75%.

Can you retake the ServiceNow Fundamentals course over without having to pay again if you fail your 1st attempt?

For retake you need to pay $100 plus taxes.
