Has anyone succeeded in getting the instance in your ServiceNow University course to wake up from hibernation with some degree of reliability? Mine just sits on the 'waking up' page forever. Of course I saw the guidance to just capture your state in an update set, terminate the instance and request another. But it won't terminate either, not reliably. It might terminate hours later, or maybe not. So a course that could reasonably take two days takes four, if you can complete it at all.

Hi @thomaskennedy , ServiceNow University has a red banner now at the top of their environment detailing that this is a known issue and they are working on determining the root cause along with a fix. They should provide updates soon.

yesterday
I faced the same issue yesterday. In my ServiceNow University instance, I had requested two instances at the same time because I was working on two backend micro-certification courses simultaneously. Due to that, my instance got stuck in the “waking up” state.
After that, I terminated one instance and then requested a single new instance. Once I maintained only one active instance, it started working properly.
