Hi Rakesh,

There are multiple career streams in ServiceNow - Admin (Basic functional and Technical knowledge), Developer (Technical), Process Managers (ex:- Incident manager/ Problem Manager/ Change Manager etc.- Functional guys on any process), Business Analysts (Functional and a bit Technical as well- Bridge between End Users and Developers- Getting requirement from end users and converting it to a proper document which developers can understand) other are Team Leads, Team Managers, Service Managers etc.

You can go for any role if you don't want to go for coding - Admin/ Business Process Manager/ Business Analyst/ Manager as well.

If you are good in Coding - You can become Developer/ Architect etc.

You need to finalize what exactly you want. To understand more on Roles- you can try this link:-

https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/i-wish-i-d-had-known-this-earlier-s...

If you want to start then I can suggest:-

The best way is to get trained through any working professional. Other ways are developer site >> Learn module. few On demand trainings like- Welcome to ServiceNow etc. on demand course. There are Multiple Youtube channels like - Learn&Grow, Basico ServiceNow, SAASwithServiceNow etc so these can be a good starting point.

Hi @rakeshjillella

To start in ServiceNow, you need to start from basic only, which means Admin. ServiceNow provided multiple journeys like Admin, Dev , TPM, BA etc. It depends on you and your previous experience what journey  you want to start. As you are new here, so all these journeys are chargeable and vary in cost.

As suggested by @Nikhil Bajaj9  you can start with Now learning courses as well and you can connect with me for 1-1 session if required.
