WebAssessor issues trying to select test centre

It started with me selecting the exam and proctered event test center location, placed in shopping cart. When I went into the cart the message there is nothing in my shopping cart. So I try to register for the exam again and now cannot select a proctered event test center. No options are available even though the filters are set to All.

What are the dates you were planning for?
Webassessor blackout period is from July 16th - July 22nd 2025 for the upcoming Yokohama release
During this period you will not be able to book any new exams. At this moment you can still book exams, though not on the time period mentioned. As long as the dates don't fall between those dates you should not be seeing any issue. If the dates are not in that window then try logging out and again if you still see the issue (if possible in a new browser to avoid any issues with Cache/cookie data). Final step if you still have any issue is create a case with Now Learning team using Help & Support option on your ServiceNow university page.
