WebAssessor issues trying to select test centre

It started with me selecting the exam and proctered event test center location, placed in shopping cart. When I went into the cart the message there is nothing in my shopping cart. So I try to register for the exam again and now cannot select a proctered event test center. No options are available even though the filters are set to All.

It looks like the window is not open for that month. In this case, you have two options:

Log a new learning case

Chat with the Webassessor support team

Thank you. I have been in touch with the support team and they have taken me through all the steps. Also when I hover over the selected exam option the message says already in shopping cart but there is nothing in the cart and I am told cart cannot be cleared by the team. I seem to be going around in a loop.

Oh, it’s a system issue, and I don’t think it will be resolved anytime soon. Try booking another exam and add it to your cart—check if the cart shows the availability
