Webassessor Mail change

Hi Community,
I need to change my Webassessor account to another email ID. If I change the email ID, will I lose the certifications I previously completed? Will I be able to transfer those certifications to the new Webassessor account?

Hi @sujithkumarj ,

In order to do that you can first transfer your certifications from previous account to personal now learning account, then personal now learning account to new now learning account, then you can link your new now leaning account email-id to webassessor email-id. 
You will not lose your any achievements not for certifications.

Please submit a case with ServiceNow team, they will provide you the necessary information according to your query.

Hi @sujithkumarj,

You can transfer your previous Now Learning account to your personal account and then from personal account to a new account. You would need to change your email ID from ServiceNow Community profile for this method in order for your certifications and achievements to remain intact in Now Learning. Webassessor is external exam hosting partner of ServiceNow and you wouldn't necessarily have to transfer Webassessor profile for your certifications to be valid and accessible.
