Welcome to ServiceNow course - Lists and Filters Tasked - Keep Failing

Hi All,

 

I'm not sure if this is the right group to post this, if not, kindly provide comment.

 

I'm currently taking the course of "Welcome to ServiceNow" and got stuck on the Simulator Task of 
- List and Filter Module

Task name: Lists and Filters Task

I kept getting Validate Task Fail, I had followed the instruction and performed the task, I had checked the following:
Is the list filtered to only display active incidents?
- Checked and Done
Was the list sorted so that the Priority 1-Critical incidents show up at the top of the list?

- Checked and Done

Was the List Editor used to modify the State field for 10 Priority 1-Critical Incident records?
- Checked and Done

 

Does anyone came across this?
Also is there anyway to reset the Incident records to origin state?

Hello Jackps, 
  Seems like you have followed all instructions and performed tasks, but have you used LIST EDITOR to change the state of first 10 PRIORITY-1 incidents to IN PROGRESS or changed them individually by opening form.

and have you checked the number of PRIORITY1 incidents that you have changed the state for. 
is it exactly 10??As we can see from the image there are only 9 which got state changed to IN PROGRESS. 
Also INC0000055 category must also be changed to software using LIST EDITOR.

 

Image  in WELCOME TO SERVICENOW task  erroneously shows to select PRIORITY 2 High also and change state to IN PROGRESS,  if you do so your task will not get validated.

Facing same issue? Also is there anyway to reset the Incident records to origin state?
