Hello,
I am beginner learning, and so i starting the Welcome to ServiceNow training
I try to follow the process, but the SIMULATOR PROGRESS says I don't pass.
Furthermore, I send screens for render
The help say :
Did you perform these tasks as Platform User [platform.user], make sure you are not Admin user? Did you successfully pin the 'All' menu and create a favorite for Self-Service > Knowledge? Are you sure you favorite the Knowledge MODULE and NOT the homepage or article itself?
In fact, when I connect, i change to impersonate user and take the “Platform User” or platform.user
I see my pin all menu is already here
And i have my star, favorite on module Knowledge.
For a moment for, "what applications are available to you as the Platform User?"
i can answer about navigation menu and see module and article about impersonation module (same it is not need)
Thanks in advance for helping me. I try to terminate and relaunch again the instance, redo step, to see if it works better (it is for that I don't send detail about instance)

Your first screenshot shows that you pinned the Knowledge homepage, not the module. If you did, please share screenshots of everything you did that the module is saying you need to check.

Hi DrykE,
I've been to similar situation like you. From what I gather from your post it seems that you have completed the required steps successfully and the simulator is not able to verify your work, am I correct?
In that case I would recommend terminating the instance and re-do all the depended steps for the task from the begin. If that doesn't solve your issue, please let me know so that I can assist you further.
Best Regards,
Konstantinos

It literally says you need to favorite the module, not the knowledge homepage, which is what you did.

Ha? it is strange because i favorite the knowledge homepage Self-Service > Knowledge.
Anyway the task is success, maybe redo it carefully help but i don't see the change process.
In fact i think i begin to confusing about the Knowledge homepage and knowledge module difference ...
because step are only :
6. | Navigate to Self-Service > Knowledge, notice there is only one article. |
7. | Favorite the Knowledge module in order to easily locate it again in the future. |
mostly on lesson it show the fav on menu so it is not that in fact?
thanks anyway

Thanks, in fact with the "Knowledge Management Module" is useful to see the distinction about knowledge homepage and the module.
