Hi Krish,
First things first. I suggest to start with Foundations course, It's free and can teach you the basics of ServiceNow The specified item was not found. The second thing to do is the system administration course.

HI Krish,
Yes, you can learn ServiceNow. I've taught lots of people who do not have a technical background. I recommend first getting familiar with web applications in general. Using tools like Gmail and Facebook get you comfortable in that enviroment which may be different from desktop applications like Excel and Word with drop down menus across the top.
Next, get familiar with ServiceNow's behaviors - how to navigate around the menus, lists, forms, etc. ServiceNow Platform
Finally, you can do self-paced training via the Developer Portal https://developer.servicenow.com and get a free instance to play with, or sign up for instructor led training. Here are some additional helpful resources:

Yes, classroom training is available from the training link I provided above.
Job roles will depend on your interests. You could be a ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, Architect, infrastructure specialist, program manager, asset manager, process owner, the list is long. Salaries depend on demand, your experience, and the area you work in so I cannot provide any additional information there.
