What is the best training?

My company are in the process of moving to Service Now, but we are joining our parent company's tenant. We are therefore not doing any actual development work ourselves as we do not have the access but we are involved with and have input on how it is being setup, testing etc. I would like to organise some training for myself and my team, but just wondering which one to do?

Is really depending on if you are going to make ServiceNow development, or you "just" refer to process training on how to utilize the ServiceNow instance?
