Hi,

I have a CSA certification (London) and now I am planning to take CIS - ITSM and was checking the learning path on partner portal which states :
SNOW Fundamentals --> SIm fundamental --> ServiceNow Platform fundamental--> ITSM Fundamental --> ITSM Management Implementation
And
CSA leearning path is
SNOW Fundamentals--> ITSM Fundamental.

Do I have to go through the entire learning path for CIS - ITSM if my CSA is still valid?

Thanks in Advance.

yes, you need to attend both these classes and then apply to certify in Webassessor.

CSA it starting point, you have the prerequisites to continue the classes for a specific product line

After your CSA cert you need to attend the 2 ITSM classes and then pass the CIS ITSM cert.

Hi Daniel,

Do you mean attending -

ITSM Fundamental

ITSM Management Implementation

no, you don't, even back in 2018 you didn't ;). In the case there is Fundamentals and Implementation course the fundamentals course are optional, have always bin and the Implementation course is where you get the exam voucher, so it is mandatory.
There are CIS paths where only a Fundamentals course is offered by ServiceNow. In this case of course the Fundamental is mandatory
