Hi @2303a52387
The voucher concept is no longer valid for ServiceNow certification exams in Now Learning 2025, as the exam vendor has changed and vouchers are no longer supported.
In this case, you need to pay the exam fee directly to book the exam. There are currently no discounts or free voucher options available.

Hello @2303a52387 ,
Actually the CSA voucher provides a 50% discount on the standard certification exam fee. Since the regular exam cost is $300 USD, you will need to pay the remaining 50%, which is $150 USD, when redeeming the voucher.
If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.

Hi @2303a52387
There no voucher concept anymore.
As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.
Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.
You need to register the exam via Pearson Vue from ServiceNow University. If you are not working with a partner company, you will need to pay $300 plus taxes, (= $354).

Unfortunately That voucher facility is not available currently . You just need to pay whole exam fees with tax 🙂 .
All the best for your exam 💪 .
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
