If you have given certifications in 2025 and not before that no fee is required. Like in my case all my certs were done in year 2025 so i was exempt for paying delta fee 2026.
Just check when did you take your first certifictaion?

Hi @Priyanka_77 ,
Refer: KB0011113Copy Permalink Paying the certification maintenance fee (CMP) by credit card
As per above article,
- Log in to ServiceNow University. By default, the Home page displays.
- Navigate to the CMP notification widget and select the Pay Now link. The Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) Fee page displays.
NOTE: Select the Learn More link in the widget to better understand CMP. If you want to pay later, you can access this link from the widget on your Home page. - Select Pay and Begin. This opens the Pay for Content screen.
NOTE: If no payment is due, select the Start button.
Also just remind you,
The ServiceNow Zurich release delta exam window has been opened on January 16, 2026, with a final deadline to pass on April 16, 2026. Failure to complete the delta exam and pay the annual maintenance fee by this date will cause your certification to expire.
