Hello Everyone,
I recently completed my CSA certification, but I'm unsure about which certification to pursue next. Currently, I’m working as a portal developer, and I’d like to enhance my knowledge in both portal development and ITSM.
I’d appreciate your guidance on what to focus on next.
Thank you!

After obtaining the CSA I would recommend looking to complete the Certified Application Developer exam.

It depends on which career track you are in or want to be. If you are into Development of Portal then Service Portal Micro certification is for you. If you want to be application developer then - CAD, if you want more insight into ITSM than CIS-ITSM is for you. If you want general understanding of complete ServiceNow ecosystem then you can go with other micro certifications like- CMDB, Flow Designer, ATF etc.
Hope my answer cleared the air.

Hello @sundaram080713
I would say go for CAD, Where you can learn about studio, applications and integrations.
followed by CIS -ITSM, which is most implemented module. followed by ITSM, you can do CIS -HR.
coming to Microsoft certain, you can complete flow designer, CMDB etc...
Please mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped.
Kind regards,
