Hello all,
After I completed some online trainings that are requirements to take CIS exams, automatically I received voucher codes to reserve and take CIS exams when I was working in a large global IT company.
Now I work for another company, where I don't automatically receive vouchers after taking online trainings.
What are the requirements for a company to be eligible to receive free voucher codes?
Any information/comments will be appreciated.
Best regards,

No, they cost money. There are some partners that have agreements with ServiceNow where employees can take them for free (or at a discount), but the only way to find out for you, is to talk to the people inside your own company.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Thank you for sharing information.
If you have any documents outlining the conditions for exempting partners from examination fees, please also share them with us.
(Is that a right only available to Elite-level partners?)
However, based on Mark's reply, it seems like individual negotiations are necessary for each partner.
Best regards,

You will find all the details in the partner program guides. They can be found below all the metric data on the landing page of the 3C dashboards (e.g. Consulting & Implementation). It's a predefined discount, that might differ depending on partner level. For sure it's not negotiated individually per partner.

Hi @KS1107
Valid point. The issue is that it depends on the company’s agreement with SN. Large companies or parent companies may provide free vouchers or exams, but smaller or medium-sized companies don’t have that flexibility or agreement with SN. In those cases, the employee has to pay on their own and may get reimbursed by the company (if at all).

@Dr Atul G- LNG All partners with a segment status above Registered are eligible to receive the same discount, Registered partners can get an initial discount on their first purchase.
Only ETAs are negotiated on an individual base.
