Hello all,
After I completed some online trainings that are requirements to take CIS exams, automatically I received voucher codes to reserve and take CIS exams when I was working in a large global IT company.
Now I work for another company, where I don't automatically receive vouchers after taking online trainings.
What are the requirements for a company to be eligible to receive free voucher codes?
Any information/comments will be appreciated.
Best regards,

No, they cost money. There are some partners that have agreements with ServiceNow where employees can take them for free (or at a discount), but the only way to find out for you, is to talk to the people inside your own company.

As of November 18, 2025, ServiceNow shifted its certification exam delivery from Webassessor (Kryterion) to Pearson VUE.
- No Manual Vouchers: Physical or emailed voucher codes are no longer used for booking exams on the new platform.
- Automatic Eligibility: If you are a ServiceNow partner or have completed required training, your exam eligibility is automatically transferred and linked to your profile.
- Direct Scheduling: You register for the exam directly in "Now Learning." If you are eligible (e.g., through a partner organization or completed training), the cost will automatically show as $0 or the discounted rate at the Pearson VUE checkout.
- Legacy Data: All certification records from Webassessor have been automatically moved to Pearson VUE.

@Tanushree Maiti and all,
Thank you for sharing information.
However, I'm in a different situation.
KB0013209 tells:
>Direct Scheduling: You register for the exam directly in "Now Learning." If you are eligible (e.g., through a partner organization or completed training), the cost will automatically show as $0 or the discounted rate at the Pearson VUE checkout.
I believe I'm in a partner organization and I've obviously completed online training(s) but the registration page requires me to pay examination fee with credit card.
Now you cannot choose Webassessor (Kryterion). You can only use Pearson VUE in ServiceNow University.
Can you register for CIS exams for free just by completing trainings?
Best regards,

SN Partners
The CSA is normally for free and they receive discounts on mainline certificates. Enrolled into an enterprise trainings agreement might clear all training related cost.
SN customers
All mainline certificated have a fee, but if your company is an impact customer you might get learning credits and discounts, that can be applied on trainings as well. Impact benefits
Hope this helps.
