Licence subscriptions and custom tables

Hello there,

I was wondering if anybody had any advice of custom table licences for a standard subscription model on the pre-Madrid pricing.

For example looking at the new subscription model a "Standard" package should entitle you to 50 custom tables but our existing subscription model charges per custom table used. Is this correct? Is anybody else in a similar position?

Kind regards

Heya, you might want to check out the Micro-certificate for the ServiceNow Platform Subscription Model through https://nowlearning.service-now.com/

I did and it helped me a lot!

Speaking generally, because every agreement is slightly different, the impression I had (and this seems to match what I understood from the course) was that prior to Madrid it was based around whether you were creating a custom application (i.e. doing fulfilment) or not - with some options for creating tables that didn't cost anything.  This often led to a bit of doubt around whether creating the table was going to have cost implications or not.

Under the new model, this is all much more clear with it being based on the number of tables and who has access to them.  The micro-cert explains this really well in my opinion.

Thank you for your quick response.  I think we need to have an internal review and decide whether to move to the newer subscription model to make this a bit clearer for us
