Sale of Business requires re-assigning of SNOW user licences to a new entity

One of our companies is being sold and will therefore no longer be within our group of companies. We need to move the ServiceNow user licences for that company out of our group and re-assign them to the new entity. Has anyone done this or can anyone advise on who we need to speak to please?

you would need to speak to your ServiceNow Sales representative. Only they can help you sort this in the best possible way ensuring you are not exposing yourself to unwanted additional cost.
