Servicenow fundamentals course for the Certified System administrator certification

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to register for the ServiceNow Adminisration fundamentals course this morning as a prerequisite for the CSA certification. Unfortunately, due to the credit card processing issues that ServiceNow is currently experiencing i am unable to pay for the course ($500) and there appears to be no alternative way to make payment.  It looks like i am stuck! What can i do as i want to progress with the course as soon as possible?

• Is there another way of making payment?
• Can i get study materials somewhere so i can start studying while waiting for ServiceNow to fix the credit card issue?
• Is there a way i can contact ServiceNow for help with this issue?

Atul: No there is no other way.

Atul: No, but if you are okay, you can start watching my video of Batch 16 that I delivered based on the CSA course by the time your issue gets resolved.

• Is there a way I can contact ServiceNow for help with this issue?

Atul: As it is a global issue, so even if you log a case, you need to wait.
