Servicenow how to video

Hi,

Just done your   'Hiding a field in ServiceNow' one that was helpful. Yesterday got some bad news on some SNow role I was hoping for so took a break.

I've just watched the video on Incident Templates.   I wasn't even aware that these existed.   Just tried one and it looks great.

Any idea why this would not populate?
