Hi Everyone,
I have started to putting together some how to video's on simple things to do in Service now and will build up from there. It is on my blog www.itilbegood.com. I would love to get any feedback on these videos.

When setting up the template, under sub category was this the choice you choose from the drop down available from the incident table or what this a free text field to show 'Error'

HI Andrew,
It is a reference field and was selected when I created the template.
The only thing I can think is that the subcategory field is a reference field to a table u_subcategory_list. In here we have several called error, each linked to a different category. I have selected the correct one when creating the template but wondering if when applying the template it is getting confused?

Hi,
Still seeing this issue. Just re-tried my template, and the subcategory field briefly populates correctly, then this gets cleared out.
Also we have 2 other fields that are not populating correctly - 'Number of users affects ' & Number of transactions affected'. These both just populate with --None-- but my template should populate them both as 25% - 50%
