現在無償インスタンスを使用して、ServiceNowの学習を実施しようとしています。
以前インスタンスは触っていたのですが、触ってから10日以上経過してしまったため、Tokyoへのバージョンアップを実施の上、ログインしたのですが、Let's goと書かれたボタンを押下して先へ進むと、Hi, Systemと画面上部に書かれ、フィルターナビゲータもアプリケーションナビゲータもない画面に遷移します。
以前使用していた際は、フィルターナビゲータもアプリケーションナビゲータを使い、色々と構築を行っていたのですが、現在それが行えなくなっています。
状況がよくわからないため、一旦インスタンスを削除して、払い出しから設定を行いたいのですが、インスタンスの削除方法がわかりません。
削除方法についてだれか教えてください。

You can also check your role. If you only have the developer role (and not admin), you won't see the home screen.
If you weren't on San Diego before, you probably missed the UI changing. In that case: on the top of your screen, you have the options to select 'all' 'favorites' or 'history', just like before and you can pin them to your screen.
If you want to get rid of the instance, you could select 'release instance' from the menu on the Developer site.

インスタンスをzBoot(リセット)する必要なく以前のUI16に戻す方法があります。

Find property 'glide.ui.polaris.experience' and set it to 'false'. You will be back on UI16.
