Activating AI in my PDI

Hello, I am one of a few platform administrators in my government organization. We have deployed the ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, EAM, HAM, and GRC components within our instance. I am curious to learn a simple, straightforward approach to activating anything AI for us to start testing. My goal for this post is that it reach someone who can give some procedural steps that involve minimal configuration. Basically just activating anything. What is the simplest, lowest overhead module I can play with?

AI Agents, Gen AI or AI search is not available on PDI. You can practice only now, learning lab instances.

Hi @un2us,

 

there is no chance to activate AI capabilities at PDI due to its complexity and operational costs... even for clients the licences/subscriptions are super expensive :)))

 

You can however go to ServiceNow university and take some of the AI related trainings there, a temporary student lab might be available for this purposes
