Add approver button

In service operations workspace, the Add Approver button in Change Approval related list is visible but not functional. No Action Assignment exists for sysapproval_approver on SOW. Requesting OOTB fix or official KB article."

Next to that: why are you on the community when you want an OOB solution for something that's not working? Report is to NowSupport. And we have the same access as you to docs and KB articles. You can find the same official resources we can.
