Hi Team,
I have a Partner account and a personal ServiceNow instance. Recently, the instance has become extremely slow.
Almost every action in the UI takes around 1 minute or sometimes even longer. For example:
- Viewing a record
- Opening a table
- Navigating between modules
- Saving or updating records
Whenever I perform an action, I see a transaction loading screen with a countdown timer, and sometimes the countdown goes up to 150 seconds before the page loads.
I already checked my internet connection, and it is working fine on other websites and applications.
Has anyone experienced this issue before?
Are there any known fixes or performance settings I should check in my instance?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Can you try
- Run a cache flush by typing cache.do in the Filter Navigator and pressing enter.
- Clear your browser's cookies/cache, or try testing your instance in an Incognito/Private window
- Then check
Also validate your connection , check if other Application in url , or browsing is slow with current wifi/hotspot or not.

Thanks for the reply.
I already tried everything mentioned above:
- Ran cache.do
- Cleared browser cache/cookies
- Tested in Incognito mode
- Checked internet connection and other applications
But I am still facing the same issue. The instance is still taking around 1–2 minutes for almost every action, and the transaction countdown sometimes reaches 150 seconds.
Please let me know if there are any additional checks or if this could be an issue from the instance side.
