Support Ticket for ServiceNow

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to open a ticket in ServiceNow (https://hi.service-now.com)?

There are a few ways. One is in the upper right corner there is a get support button. Once you are on the page, the create a case option is in the lower right. From the home page you can also use the green Now Assist icon in the lower right corner and you can start the process there as well.

There are probably other ways too, but those two come to mind right now. Granted you would also need rights from your organization to create cases as well.

To access HI Support, your account must be mapped or created there. Generally, you can reach out to the customer team to get yourself added. If they approve, access can be granted; otherwise, we won’t be able to access HI Support.
