'Add to Visual Task Board' no longer working correctly

Hi Team,

 

Over the past few days I've seen the above issue with a number of my customer instances.  The 'Add to Visual Task Board' doesn't bring up a new board, instead it looks to find existing boards, but returns no results.

 

ServiceNow have re-produced this issue and logged a Problem record PRB1835932 for this.  I'd recommend logging tickets for your customers as well to ensure this gets the attention needed to get a fix sorted as soon as possible.

 

Thought I'd share in case anyone else was wondering what happened to it and were scratching their heads!
