After Yokohama Upgrade - experiencng slowness - Service Portal and ITSM logging is extremely slow

Hello All, 

We upgraded our instance in June 2025, before that everything was working well on ServiceNow side. Right after upgrade, we are noticing slowness across the platform, we logged the ticket with ServiceNow and there is ongoing troubleshooting till date still the instance is slow. Anybody experience after upgrading to Yokohama, please shed some light.

We recently upgraded and did not face any slowness.
You might want to try repairing the specific plugins to the latest version and then check again.

If the issue persists, I recommend logging a new support case. Additionally, try running the Instance Health Scan to see if any code-level optimizations are needed.

Hello All, We are also experiencing slowness after the upgrade to Yokohama. In addition to the general performance issues, we are facing delays with AEMC, Upgrade History, and CSM functionalities. A ticket has been opened with the vendor, and troubleshooting is ongoing, but the instance remains slow.
