Empty variable editor when changing language

Hi folks, 

 

We have the default variable editor for record producers in the form layout on a custom task. The issue we are facing is that the variable editor will not show MRVS values when we switch from english to norwegian. It shows an empty list, with a message og "no data to display" (just in norwegian though). We are on Zurich release.

Made a few tests to verify the problem. 

 - Its working in a PDI. (on zurich with Norwegian installed)

 - Its not working on other tables aswell (i.e. incident table).


So, I guess this points to something in our instance missing, or broken.

For this post, I have used incident as example.

it's working fine for me when I changed to France on target record I am seeing data in MRVS

Yes, we also have it working on a PDI on zurich release, so I am suspecting that something is off in our instance. But what could that be...? 

We have a ticket with SN support, but not much action there yet. 😕

Might some client logic causing some javascript error or similar - Havent found any errors in particular in system logs or console logs. Will dig through client scripts. But since its on all tables, it seems wierd, guess that only leaves global scripts.

What is "com.glideapp.servicecatalog.DefaultQuestionEditor" actually referring to?

Cant find anything in sys_props, ui macros, ui pages.. 
Is it black-boxed?

"com_glideapp_questionset_default_question_editor" is UI macro and it calls internal macro "

com.glideapp.servicecatalog.DefaultQuestionEditor"
we don't have access to it
