Australia Patch 2 Hotfix 1 report_home and dashbard page redirect to Platform Analytics

Hello folks!

We got recently ugraded to Australia. 

However, everything looks weird and some functions are lost. 

For instance, the UI page report_home that was available at the module "View/Run Report" is now redirecting us to the Platform Analytics workspace "Data Visualization". 

The problem is that ITIL regular license is nor granting full access to this new "environment" and the classic view is lost because these UI pages don't exist anymore.

Hello Andrea, thanks for the suggestion. However, I tried to change some properties, but all the properties created for the AUstralia upgrade are not editable. They are completely greyed, no matter if you are elevated. 

Anything I might be missing?

Interesting, those system properties were not and still are not read-only for us. We don't even have to elevate our role. I don't know why that would be different.

com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled is locked to HI only to change, but once they did it in our instance, it is now editable by me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yes, but by setting com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled set to false, you run into the other issue with dashboards.  (see here: https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/com-glide-par-unified-analytics-enabled-no-repo... )
