com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled = No reports or no dashboards. Fun.

So, just upgraded from Yokohama to Australia.  The sys_property "com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled" is a PITA.

When com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled is set to FALSE, itil users cannot access any reports they had built.  When they click on a report, they see:

However, if "com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled" is set to TRUE, this is no longer an issue and the report can be viewed.

Setting "com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled" to TRUE creates a new problem though.  When users log in, their screen shows this:

For everyone, instead of their last viewed/visited dashboard!  

So I now have a choice as an admin... do i let users view their dashboards on new pages, or view their reports.  I guess ServiceNow won't allow both.

You need to also set com.snc.par.coreui.report_create.enabled and com.snc.par.coreui.dashboard_create.enabled to true.

com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled = false

Users can now view their reports.. AND  when they open a new fulfiller page and/or click on the SN logo top left, it actually takes them to their last visited dashboard.

how did you edit com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled ? mine is greyout out all read only i've just upgraded to aus but cannot change this property
