Banner logo is not updating

We recently upgraded to Xanadu, as per checking the banner logo for non-admin users were updated to the default servicenow logo instead of our company logo. I tried to fix it by applying the following steps below

 

1. Go to Basic Configuration UI16

2. Upload the company logo in Banner image for UI16

3. Once upload is completed, click save

 

This banner logo has happened before and it was resolve by the above solution but now its now working. Can you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Hello @Therese Tolenti 

You can follow these steps it helps you to change the logo

  1. Navigate to All > System Properties > My Company.
  2. To upload your company logo, select Click to add or Update beside UI16 Banner Image.
  3. Click Choose file and select the file, and then click OK.
    To use an image URL instead of a file on your hard drive, enter the URL in the file upload window.
    Note: The image can be high resolution, but when it displays it is scaled based on the aspect ratio. It scales to a maximum of 20px high.
  4. Click Update.
  5. (Optional) If new banner image doesn't display, perform a cache.do and logout.do and log back into your instance.
