The company logo is missing in the banner after the upgrade

Hi,

 

Our instance was recently upgraded to Yokohama Patch 1. After Upgrade, the logo and the banner text was missing for all the end users. But it is visible to Admin and ITIL users.

 

I have checked all the Basic configuration, Basic configuration UI16, Images and core company table. Everything looks normal. But the logo and text are missing and says "null"

 

Kindly provide your inputs

so it means it's an access issue as admin and itil users can see

I have tried the solution that is mentioned in the links which you have shared but it's not working. 

Yes, it seems like an access issue. I have searched for ACLs running on sys_attachment, sys_db_object,core_company, sys_properties table but there are no changes in the upgraded ACL and the existing ones.

Did you try to debug ACLs and then load the page and see which one is failing?

the users who are seeing null have which role?
