BigFix Integration with servicenow

Hi,

I have been trying to install the Service Graph Connector for BigFix into my instance. But it is showing incompatible since my instance version is Vancouver and SG connector for BigFix is compatible up to Utah version. Last released version of the SG connector for BigFix is 1.7.2.

My question is, will a new version of SG connector for BigFix going to be released or is there any other solution.

Hi @harshi_ramesh 


You cannot install or update an app if your instance version is higher then what the app is certified for.
Only solution is to ask the vendor to recertify their app for Vancouver.
