Hi,
After upgrading to Yokohama I have noticed all my business rules locked and read only despite me having the admin role.
Has anyone else experienced this if so what was the solution? I need to modify a few business rules.

The issue turned out to be my instance was missing a couple new Write ACLs on the sys_script table. Apparently, there were five new Write ACLs on the sys_script table, but my instance only showed three. I compared the ACLs from my PDI (Yokohama) and exported the ones I was missing, imported into my instance, and my issue was resolved.
I inspected my skipped files but didn't notice these. I'm going to go back and look again. I'll be ready though when I finally upgrade my production instance.

Hi @Nabilah ,
what do mean all
may be the protection policy of those records that you trying to edit are set to the read only
please share few screenshots and
also check if your account has sn_read_only (with this everything should be read only for you not just BRs) and remove it if you have it
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

Hi @Nabilah
Based on the information shared and based on: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0787466 I would suggest to create a HI case with ServiceNow to understand the reason.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

I'm experiencing the same thing. Can't edit any business rule (sys_script) after upgrading to Yokohama (Patch 6).
If you've resolved this, share back with what you did.
If/when I resolve my issue, I'll share back.
