Hi @priyairctc4

Change the landing page the change form where you see all fields.

The Interceptor is the one where you select the type of change or change model.

Interceptor:
A legacy selection screen that prompts users to choose the type of change—Normal, Standard, or Emergency—before creating a record.

It interrupts the Create New action to present simple link options for each change type.

This feature can be turned on or off using the system property:com.snc.change_management.change_model.type_compatibility

Landing Page / Model Selector:
A modern, card-based interface (commonly used in workspaces) that lets users choose a Change Model or pre-approved template.

It offers a more intuitive experience by displaying available options—such as Standard, Normal, or Emergency—as visual cards.

Typically seen in the Service Operations Workspace (SOW), it may also highlight success rates for pre-approved changes and provide insights into associated state models.
