Checklist after/before Vancouver upgrade in Servicenow

Hi Experts,

Good Day!

I will be upgrading my instance to Vancouver from Utah. What are the checklists I need to check/make after and before upgrade, so to check if instance is upgraded perfectly or not.

Could you please assist me with the list.

Post upgrade is also covered in the list. Skipped updates for example are covered in point 27 and refers to Process the skipped records list (servicenow.com)

Personally I always update all plugins, to the latest version after a upgrade. Of course, they will have to be tested as well.

I have gone through that article. I want post Vancouver upgrade checklist - like which plugins need to update? OR regarding the Skipped Records.
