Clarification Regarding CSA Voucher Eligibility

I recently completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand (Xanadu) course, but I have not received the CSA voucher yet.
I would like to mention that I had received a CSA voucher around two years ago, which unfortunately expired without being used. I'm wondering if there’s a policy that restricts issuing the voucher to the same email ID more than once?

Nothing to worry about! There is no restriction on receiving the voucher again with the same ID. You can check your Now Learning profile under Voucher. If it's not there, log a Now Learning case via the Help Centre, and the team will assist you.
FYI, a few cases have been raised earlier in the community for the same issue, and with the support of the Now Learning team, users have successfully received their vouchers.
