Classic view support expiration

As of now, ServiceNow has not publicly announced a specific end-of-support date for the Classic View. However, ServiceNow has been actively encouraging users to transition to the Next Experience (Polaris UI), which offers a more modern and streamlined interface.

To stay updated on the official timeline for the deprecation of Classic View, it's best to:

  • Monitor the ServiceNow Release Notes for each new version.
  • Check the Now Support Portal for any announcements or knowledge base articles related to UI transitions.
  • Reach out to your ServiceNow account representative or support contact for roadmap insights specific to your instance.

Hi @rsaremi 

I don’t think the classic view is going to expire anytime soon. You can disable it by turning off the Polaris priority in the instance. Just a thought—ServiceNow still supports execution plans in catalog items where Flow Designer is already in use, so classic will likely remain available for a long time.
