I received an email with subject: 

Confirmation: Your Exam Registration Is Complete

I didn't activate it. I'm still studying and I'll not able to do the exam in next 90 days.

How can I solve this issue?

On that 4tab is help centre 

Click on same 

N right side you find log a case
