Hello everyone. I want to ask some questions related to Servicenow CSA exam. So, can anyone please help me how to prepare for it. What will be the pattern of exam. Thankyou.

Hi @abdulhannan,

The questions in CSA as well as most of any other ServiceNow exams are 1) multiple choice and a very few are 2) multiple select.

Examples:

1) radiobuttons

Question: 4 options > select just one that is correct,

2) checkboxes
Question: 7 options > select correct answer (may be 2, 3, 4 but it's always given) 

It is never for true / false, it can only be "select an answer that is correct" etc, but there is always 4 options at minimum.

quite simple - just follow the official learning material provided by ServiceNow… this will be enough to pass the exam if you utilize the material, learn the stuff and get your hands dirty whit what you have learned.
