several users have reported issues with Custom UI Actions not being visible after upgrading to ServiceNow Yokohama

Since those are custom UI actions, you need to debug what got changed due to upgrade.

Did you check that?

what debugging did you do?

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

Have you completed/checked all Skipped item been created during upgrade. And as Ankur said if skipped items are worked upon then you need to debug.

Yes we have reviewed and retained all the skipped records during upgrade
