dashboard not visible to ITIL users

Hi All,

 

The dashboard below is visible to admins but not for ITIL users and we have not given any roles specific conditions but still, it's not visible how we can resolve the issue.?

Did you provide itil role to the dashboard?

Click on share button and add the roles.

Only users with the admin, pa_admin, or pa_power_user role can share dashboards with other roles.
