dashboard not visible to ITIL users

Hi All,
The dashboard below is visible to admins but not for ITIL users and we have not given any roles specific conditions but still, it's not visible how we can resolve the issue.?

So,
Below are the few things you need to take care of:-
You yourself need admin, pa_admin, or pa_power_user role can share dashboards with other roles.
You need to share both the Dashboard and the reports within the dahboard with the user to see it.
Can you do that also currently what do the ITIL users see do they not see the Dashboard at all or is it empty Dashboard?

they see dashboards but not this one .also, this is domain separated instance
