My PDI has only Vancouver Patch2 Hotifx 1 available which has a terrible bug that does not allow access to fd_data when building a subflow. In short, you can't build a subflow in Vancouver on this update.
At work we are on Vancouver patch 3 which fixes this bug. I can't find where to see what patches will be released for PDIs or when. I just know that Patch 2 Hotfix 1 is as high as I can go on it.
