We just upgraded to Zurich and started getting this error message (in subject).
Migrations occurred in 2023 prior to Vancouver - CLE Migration all green.
Why is this error occurring only now?

Hi Jeff,
It appears to be a bug. We also encountered this issue after the Zurich upgrade. We raised a support case and were informed that it is a known bug.

As a workaround, ServiceNow suggested the following:
-> Go to sys_ux_banner_announcement table
-> Open the record with heading "One or more Security Migration Jobs have failed in your instance."
-> Set the "End" time in the past, for example, set the "End" time to be 1 min after the "Start" time and then save the record.
