This is an incident form
there is no email client template for incident but those To and cc are getting populated
I dont want to create a email client template if we create email client template then it will work
but i want to update the existing code to populate the to and cc addresses with group email
I want to update only OOB code
can any one help me ?

- The templates are stored in "sys_email_client_template" table.
- Open list view of table "sys_email_client_template" and add filter "table=incident"
- Identify the template and make changes to it in Recipients tab.
Adjust To & Cc as per your requirement.
