Two days ago, i logged into Service Now, using Chrome Version 131.0.6778.70 (Official Build) (64-bit) and discovered, I was no longer able to copy from the RITM/SCTASK/INC.
We discovered that this issue was not isolated, as several, on my credentialing team, had the same issue.
We get the "no" icon displayed over the fields.
As an immediate workaround, i went directly to MSFT Edge for Business Version 130.0.2849.80 (Official build) (64-bit) and was able to continue to work as expected. (Wonder if a recent Chrome or Service Now patch caused this?)
Our internal IT partners have receive incidents on this. Any feedback would be welcome so i may pass it on, please.
