Emails from ServiceNow Internal Server to task like outage or change

Hi,
As a ServiceNow customer you will receive monthly emails about patching or other changes.
And (gladly) sometimes a Incident that there is an availability issue.
I wonder if somebody knows if there is an option out of the box from ServiceNow theirselves that an Outage record, or change (or any other task type) is created next to the email that is send by ServiceNow.
Of course you can build a inbound email action or flow to do the same.
But if ServiceNow (or somebody) already have this available...
The emails send by ServiceNow are in HTML and parsing all data like Config item, Planned Start and End time seem to be difficult since it is not recognized as pair values
Anyone has this implemented?
Or somebody who knows ServiceNow has something available?
