Error in my PDI Employe Center?

Hi !

I get error in my Employee Center related to teh Header Widget.
The error is related to a Script include sn_cd.cd_CompanyEventCacheManager and that SI doesn't exist.  I have tried to repair all plugins related to Employee Center, including Content Publishing, but the issue remains.

My PDI is on version Yokohama Patch 6
Any Suggestions anyone?

Thanks for the reply!

I have done all that things already, so what I did now was to Reset and Wipe the instance since it was just a PDI

Hi @andersbogsjo ,

 

Here are a few points that you can consider-

 

1. Check if sn_cd.cd_CompanyEventCacheManager exists in Script Includes.

2. Review the widget that references the Script Include for errors in its code.

3. Check dependencies in the Employee Center plugin.

4. Consider reinstalling or restoring missing components.

5. Reach out to ServiceNow Support if it’s a critical missing component and no solution is found.
